Terms and Conditions – Complete Terms of Use for PK9 Poker

01 General Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the PK9 Poker ("we", "us", or "the platform") website and mobile app, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully before your first use.

These terms have been drawn up in accordance with international gaming laws and the regulations of PK9 Poker's licensing authority. They remain in full effect under all circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in English for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. In the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive reference.

02 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on PK9 Poker, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. Any consequences arising from sharing this information with others are solely your responsibility.

PK9 Poker may request additional information for identity verification at any time. If the requested information is not provided within the specified timeframe, your account may be temporarily suspended.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

The financial transaction rules for PK9 Poker are outlined below:

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If fraud is suspected, PK9 Poker reserves the right to hold transactions and conduct an investigation.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

PK9 Poker's bonus offers come with specific conditions. Claiming a bonus means you agree to those terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (typically 15–35x the bonus amount). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until these requirements are met.
• Validity: Bonuses come with an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the specified time will be automatically forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games. Check the Offers page for full details.
• Multiple Simultaneous Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being permanently suspended.

PK9 Poker reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. However, bonuses already claimed will not be affected.

05 Gaming Rules

All games on PK9 Poker are powered by Provably Fair technology or third-party audited Random Number Generators (RNG).

• Game outcomes cannot be manipulated in any way — neither by the platform nor by the player.
• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed on the game page.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be declared void and all wagers will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the system will attempt to restore the session. If that is not possible, your bet will be refunded.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK9 Poker:

• Creating an account for, or playing on behalf of, anyone under the age of 18.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise manipulate the game system through any technical means.
• Using low-risk betting strategies (such as arbitrage betting) to withdraw bonus funds.
• Harassing, intimidating, or cheating other players.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward platform staff.

If any of the above activities are proven, PK9 Poker reserves the right to close the account without notice and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

PK9 Poker reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. This is typically done under the following circumstances:

• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Providing false or incomplete information during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the player's request (self-exclusion).

If an inactive account holds a remaining balance, it will be returned to the player via their pre-registered payment method, minus any applicable administrative charges.

08 Responsible Gaming

PK9 Poker believes gaming should be purely for entertainment. We never want a player to face financial or emotional distress.

For this reason, PK9 Poker provides the following tools free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum stake limit per bet.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gaming for anywhere between 1 and 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a complete break from the platform for an extended period.

09 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• Include full details, timestamps, amounts, and relevant screenshots in your complaint.
• If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may appeal to an independent mediator.

Decisions made by PK9 Poker regarding game outcomes are final, unless a technical error is proven.

10 Changes & Updates

PK9 Poker reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date on this page will reflect the change.
• For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
